These files are either MS Excel spreadsheets or MS Word
documents so you will need either these or suitable alternative
programs installed on your machine.
Virus check your downloads. These files have been thoroughly
scanned for virus's but as with all files downloaded from the
internet you are recommended to virus check each item.
If you don't have a virus checker, you could visit
AVG
where you can download both free and trial virus checking
software.
NB. if you see a popup box asking for username and
password simply click on 'OK' or 'Cancel' to proceed to your
Excel or Word document

Click the title of the item to download that actual item,
this will cause a prompt box similar to the one on the right
will appear... |
Once
you get a prompt box similar to this appearing... you've got two
choices...
1)
To view
the item inside your browser click on the button marked
please note that this will only enable you view and interact
with the item whilst in your browser software,
but Not save your alterations.
NB
when
exiting the viewed document from within your browser, at any
Save Changes prompt, always select, "No. Discard Your Changes" -
or else your browser will persist in trying to save your changes
to our website.
2)
To save
the blank item to your machine click the button marked
and then save it to a convenient location. You'll then be able
to open the file with your own office software and use it as
normal. |
